Survey on Student
Screening and Intervention
You are invited to participate in a study being conducted by
researchers at Rutgers
University. The purpose
of this research is to understand school psychologists’ attitudes
regarding screening and intervention programs.
Approximately 200-300 school psychologists will
participate in the study. You will be asked to read 3 brief vignettes and
answer some questions about your views on the people and programs described.
You will also be asked a few brief demographic questions.
You will be entered into a drawing to win one (1) of ten
(10) $50 Visa gift cards. If you do
not complete the survey, you will not be able to enter the drawing. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes to
complete the entire study.
Your answers will be anonymous
and will not be linked to you in any way. There are no foreseeable risks to
participation in this study. The study may produce valuable information about
screening and intervention programs in schools.
Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate in this study and if
you do choose to participate, you may change your mind and stop working on the
survey at any time without any penalty to you. In addition, you may skip any
questions you choose.
